8-Week Mobility

Mobility is the ability to move our bodies through full range of motion with strength and control. The better that we move, the better that we feel and perform.

Join Zach for this 8 week program that will help you unlock new levels of flexibility, joint health, and movement patterns. This program is open to all levels and abilities with the intention of teaching the methods behind the system.

This program is for:

  • The every day person who just wants to feel and move better
  • The athlete who wants to stay injury free and bullet proof their joints
  • Coaches who want to learn techniques to help their clients improve their flexibility/joint stability

Some of the topics will include:

  • Daily routines to help you feel more limber
  • Stretching methods to open and stabilize new ranges of motion
  • Task orientated movement games that will challenge you both mentally and physically
  • Progressions that lead to advanced flexibility such as splits/backbends
  • Breathing practises

What you will receive:

  • Small class sizes to ensure lots of 1 on 1 instructions based on your needs
  • Access to the Mobility Video library which details many of the movements
  • Weekly take home handout that details what we learned in class
