At Total Package our mission is to provide you with results oriented programs designed with care and purpose.   If you are ready to reshape your lifestyle, improve health, increase energy, and optimize body composition this 12-week program is for you!

We have organized a team of professionals to deliver you with the most effective nutrition, supplementation and training practices.  Over the course of this 12-week program you will learn where you stand and most importantly how to take control of your next steps.

BOD POD

Prior to our September 6th start date you will set up a time for your personal BOD POD analysis.  The BOD POD is a non invasive procedure that will provide accurate and consistent body composition results. Throughout this session we will identify your:

  • Body weight
  • Body fat percentage
  • Lean mass
  • Fat mass

Jennifer Broxterman of Nutrition RX will be taking you through this body composition analysis.

At our training centre we view performance and health as one and the same, a healthy body is equipped to perform daily activities pain free and with confidence, even when pushing your personal physical limits.  Our group-training program is designed to address integral aspects of health, performance and longevity:

Strength – Strength training can help to improve balance, control and body mechanics while supporting musculoskeletal health. Our strength-training program is designed to incorporate functional strength training exercises for every day life. This includes exercises in all planes of motion, each scalable to your level of control and experience.

Endurance (metabolic conditioning) – Muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness has been proven over and over again to positively affect a variety of health markers and longevity. Each session in our three-day/week training split incorporates varying volumes of muscular endurance and metabolic conditioning.

Joint mobility – We will introduce you to a variety of bodyweight and loaded exercises designed to challenge your range of motion and control. Furthermore, we finish each session with a short cool down, including a variety of static stretches.

Body composition – Our adult fitness program supports the maintenance and development of lean mass (muscle), strength, endurance and joint mobility. If your goals are related to fat loss, exercise can be a great supplement to assist in the process. While creating a lifestyle action plan is at the foundation of your success.  This program is designed to provide you with all the training tools to optimize health inside and outside of the gym.
