Adult Fitness

The programming for our adult fitness is designed to improve strength, endurance and joint mobility while supporting a healthy body composition.  

At our training centre we view performance and health as one and the same, a healthy body is equipped to perform daily activities pain free and with confidence, even when pushing your physical limits.  We stand by this and have found that you will make more significant progress in your fitness and health when beginning with more individual coaching.  If you are interested in working towards your fitness and body composition goals schedule your free introductory 30 minute session today!  We will help you identify the most efficient path to your goals, whether that involves participation these bootcamps – or another avenue, we are here to help!
