Off-Season Golf

Our off-season golf academy is designed to provide you with individualized programming, expert coaching and a goal oriented training environment.  A core belief at our training centre is that a healthy body is a high performance body.  Not unlike our other programs we have designed our golf progressions to address quality movement and control before adding more clearly apparent ‘sport specific’ movements, resistance and velocity.


Foundational Strength (2-days/week)

For golfers new to our training environment, we always ensure the fundamentals of linear strength training are well understood before venturing into more complex movements (including rotational patterns).  Our foundational strength program is 6-weeks and is designed to build a platform for long term health and development, ultimitely enhancing your performance and time on the course.

  • Days: Tuesday & Thursday (12 sessions)
  • Time: 10:30-11:30am
  • Cost: $299+HST

Golf Specific Training (2-days/week)

Once you have have completed our 6-week foundational strength program you will have developed a strong understanding for movement in a linear plane.  With golf being a rotational sport our next step will be to introduce movements to enhance range of motion, stability and velocity through rotation.
