Personal training is a great option for a lot of people but
often we see that our clients or athletes see it as the only option.
This statement may be true for some but at Total Package Speed,
Strength and Conditioning we see personal training as an avenue
toward bigger things.

This option is best used intermittently between group
programs. It is a way to slow down specific movements that may
be concerning an athlete or client. Slowing down movements to
focus on correcting any weaknesses during a 1 on 1 session will
give you the confidence to return to a more competitive small
group training environment and push yourself with others.

For athletes specifically, its very important to be in a competitive environment and the best way to do that is to train with other elite athletes. Personal training sessions can always be added in as training programs progress forward without any delays in small group training.

For adults who are looking to build movement into strength and a higher quality of living, personal training is a great path for you. We also hold small group sessions that can be in addition to 1 on 1 training. This will offer you variety and fun to keep you pushing forward.

Keys here are that we see for a majority of our clients personal training is used as a tool to be involved in larger programs. We focus on key movements with stability and mobility to increase your physical literacy. Once we are speaking the same language it is awesome to see people succeed together toward a larger goal.
